Like the mighty salmon pushing forward on its epic journey, Lay It Out Events kicks off the season in style with all new courses at the beautiful Pronghorn Resort. Choose your distance: Half Marathon, 10K or 5K. We are excited to host one of the oldest running races in Bend.
2021 is approaching quickly and with it brings another great year for races, both in-person and virtual. Join us for one of the first live half marathons of the season in the Northwest, with a community that loves to get active and get outside. This year, the Salmon Run ventures out to a new location with all new courses at Pronghorn Resort. Lay It Out Events is happy to continue this Bend tradition, while raising funds for The Environmental Center. Registration is open now!
After successfully hosting two in-person events in 2020: the Haulin’ Aspen Run in Bend and the Happy Girls Run in Sisters, Lay It Out Events has become a name that is synonymous with safe and healthy running events in the era of COVID-19. We all know staying active and exercising are crucial to mental and physical wellbeing. Races, like the Salmon Run, are the perfect way to stay motivated and healthy.

Our virtual races are perfect for those who don’t want to travel or feel more comfortable running on their own. Friends and family from afar can join in the racing spirit virtually. Race tee and medal included in every entry.
