Festivals
From the Bend Summer Festival to Bend WinterFest, Lay It Out Events produces iconic gatherings that bring together local vendors, live music, and community celebration. Each festival is a vibrant showcase of Central Oregon’s culture, drawing thousands of attendees to enjoy art, food, and entertainment in unique settings.
Races
Lay It Out Events organizes a range of races, including the popular Salmon Run and Happy Girls Run Series. These events offer an opportunity for runners of all levels to experience Central Oregon’s stunning landscapes, complete with exciting post-race festivities like craft beer and local treats.
Contract Events
We partner with local businesses and organizations to produce bespoke events like the Piano Flow and Bend Wine and Spirits Festival, providing full-service event production to ensure a seamless experience for attendees and sponsors alike.
Our Beneficiaries
For each ticketed event and race, Lay It Out Events donates a portion of proceeds to local nonprofit organizations. Through our beneficiaries, we raise awareness and much-needed funds for vital nonprofit groups across the Northwest. In the past 20 years, we’ve donated over $340,000 to local charities and nonprofits, supporting the community and enhancing the impact of our Central Oregon events.
