MISSION

COMMUNITY

We take great care in making sure the events are accessible to everyone. In 2007 Lay It Out Events was honored by COCA (Central Oregon Coalition for Access) for making all of our events accessible for people with disabilities. Our mission is to make sure everyone in the community is welcome. In addition, all of our events contain charity fundraisers to raise awareness and much needed funds for various non-profit groups around Central Oregon.

ENVIRONMENT

Our events and office are carbon neutral through Blue Sky, and Terra Pass. A portion of printing is done through environmentally friendly procedures and with environmentally friendly paper. We recycle, compost, and reduce waste at the events, while educating the public at the same time. We encourage our vendors to help us out with this by using compostable or recyclable materials only and using less water and power.
