This family friendly event is Bend's
premier winter festival celebrating three
days of arts, culture and winter sports in
Central Oregon. The event attracts people of
all ages and includes activities in downtown
Bend and the Seventh Mountain Resort. The
weekend features a snowboard rail jam, ice
carving, live music, food, beer garden, wine
tasting, fireworks, a children's area, cross
